4-floor historic townhouse rennovation project: Right away, I knew from Jim's enthusiasm at the initial consultation that this was the right architectural firm for my project. I cannot say enough about their ability to work effectively with me, and I have no doubt the numerous creative ideas offered will in the long-run save me enough money to recover the total fee for this service and probably more. Their thorough knowledge and research of building and life safety codes made it very reassuring that my building plans were fully-compliant while maximizing the design-space within those code constraints. I would definitely hire them again!

Jim made our experience very enjoyable. I found Jim to be very open and easy to talk to. Our exchange of ideas was free flowing and he came up with some additional suggestions that really opened up our imagination. While our job was not a large undertaking, I felt Jim was still working hard to give his very best to our plans.

GREAT , EXPERIENCE . . COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE ARCHITECT. LISTEN TO ALL MY CONCERNS , AND THAN CAME UP WITH SEVERAL PLANS TO REACH MY PROJECT GOALS CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT LEONARD DESIGN STUDIO . Mr. Leonard is a professional. He made sure he was well informed of the project that I needed to complete before he discussed price. He was timely with the completion and submission of the project. And the cost of the project was fair. I would hire Leonard Design again.
