Steve (the owner) is an extremely precise and focused individual - pays a great deal of attention to details. We hired him when we moved into our new house to make all of the repairs suggested by the building inspector. It's an old house with very bizarre wiring, and Steve took great care in helping us figure out what circuits went where and identifying whether there were additional repairs needed that were safety issues. He was patient, friendly, and explained everything so I could understand it. His worker who actually replaced the circuit board was friendly, clean and quick. I would definitely recommend this company.

I only wanted an outlet to be installed, although it's a small job but they took it happily. The workers showed up on time and finished it quickly and quietly within an hour! They didn’t even cut my wall or make extra holes on it. (Some electrician told me he has to cut my wall open to do this) Did I mention their price is very reasonable! The only reason I gave a 4 stars is because the crew didn’t notify me they cracked my other outlet cover during installation of the new one, it’s not a big deal but I really hope they said something. Also, they should have their shoes covered once enter the client’s home.

Steve took the time to look at the problem and tell me exactly what needed to be done while other electricians breezed in and out. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him to friends.

After I sent a request to Steve, he wrote a very detailed email and explained almost everything to me. The two guys worked in my house are very nice and very professional. They not only installed the Candelier, but also installed the demmer and fixed a electranic problem for us. We really appreciate their hard work, and would recommend them to our friends!

The work was good but it was constant calls/emails to get anyone to do the work. Then when they finally showed up parts were missing so it was more calls/emails to get them to finish the work. The actual project looks very nice but it was such a hassle to just set up the work that I would not work with Steve again.

This customer had us install Progress brand "hide-a-lite" low voltage under-cabinet lights in their kitchen. I was surprised by the negative remarks because the customer was informed (before the project was approved) that there would be a delay because the fixtures selected were non-stock items. In the end, it did take a little longer for the fixtures to arrive than the supplier had even expected. Then, one fixture was missing some decorative screws and lamps which then had to be ordered. When the parts arrived, we proceeded right away as promised. We tried to do our best in the situation and regret that we disappointed the customer anyway.
