upholstery was done decently but furniture restoration and cleaning that was promised was not done at all, I made a mistake paying before the job was fully complete, kept on getting promises "I will call you in 20 minutes and will come today/tomorrow" and I kept accomodating. That "tomorrow" never came. So the overal quality is mediorce and too much lies involved in the process. Would not recommend to deal with this vendor unless you micromanage the process and willing to go back and forth.

Carlos was incredible. He was knowlegeable, very punctuall, and cared deeply about me as the customer. I was particularly pleased with how he commnicated with me as the job progressed. I will definitely use this web site and company in the future.
