Matt and Mark were great to deal with and they found exactly what we wanted..two tone vinyl windows. The installation crew did a wonderful job in fitting and sealing the windows. They finished in 1 day and left the jobsite clean. The new windows really updated our home.

Sales consultation was more insightful than those from big box stores (Sears and Home Depot notably). Product is of expected quality. Window installation went well. However, two issues following installation. First, the drywall around one of my windows was slightly dented and perforated. When I pointed it out to the head installer the first reaction was to blow it off, claiming that this often happens due to the window pulling apart from the wall. Later, he did offer to repair the wall for me the following day. Second, two installed windows were not tempered, causing a follow up visit. Surprised this wasn't caught before installation began.

The turnaround time was outstanding. The men arrived early this morning and the work was completed in record time. They cleaned up everything. The windows look great and operate so easily. Mark provided service way about expectations!

Over all great experience. Ted and his crew did a wonderful job. We had several estimates and are very glad we went with Legacy. We will be using them again for windows and doors soon!

We cannot say enough good things about this company and would give them a "10" if it was possible. They are professional and honest, and made our experience of replacing all of our windows easy and stressless. We truly love our new windows and could not be happier! Thanks to Matt, Mark and John and their very efficient crew!!

Put on 12 windows and a door. Looks perfect. Had to ask them to fill in More gaps with foam. Not sure it would have been done as well had I not asked. Left alarm wires hanging. I hadn't though of that, wish they would have brought it up before install so I could have made arrangements with alarm ppl. They did recommend solutions I would have preferred all wires hidden. Doing A bit of remodeling these are the best ppl I have worked with period. In my book no one gets a 5, they are about as close as it gets in remodeling.

I am extremely satisfied with my windows. From start to finish . I can't say enough good things about the whole process from meeting with Matt for the initial consultation to the exceptional installation . I would not hesitate to recommend Legacy Exteriors! I could not be more pleased with how they look.
