Carpets were left very very wet. It took over 24 hours for them to dry. Nathan was very nice but I would have preferred having a process that left the carpet dryer.

I asked up front if they moved furniture, and he said yes. Furniture was not moved. Carpet looked clean when wet, but once dry stains were still present.

Although they likely got our agreed upon date wrong, when I called the night before and left a message, they quickly accommodated our schedule and came. Impressive. Polite, thorough. And the price was terrific. I'll definitely be using them again.

My finished basement flooded and Legacy Carpet was there within an hour of my call. They worked quickly to remove the water and were diligent about drying out the carpet, stopping by several times a day to check the progress of the drying. I was extremely impressed with their hard work and desire to ensure the job was done right. They were very professional and trustworthy. I'm very thankful they came to my aid and I highly recommend them to others.

The two gentlemen who came to clean our carpets were on time, had excellent communication with me before coming, did a professional job, answered my questions, and left my carpets looking much better than they did before cleaning. I would recommend them to everyone. I wish every business was operated with the same professional service as these guys provided.
