This project is now complete. Excellent price, kept job site very tidy (two day job), quality of installation was excellent, including some decisions Chris Lease had to make in my absence and attention to detail remarkable. I highly recommend Lease construction for any paver needs.....from scratch or like mind, a redo of an amateur installation (by me).

Chris was a pleasure to work with. My masonry project involved brick and stack stone, in a rather unusual design that was difficult to convey and thus even harder to understand. It came out just as I had imagined, and it was on-time and on-budget.

Chris and his crew completed our driveway and front walk project on time and on budget. They were especially conscious of tight quarters, nearby neighbors, and narrow streets in our Queen Anne neighborhood. They were clean, courteous, and quiet.. and did a terrific job.

I had researched costs prior to going forward so had some idea what to expect so hiring someone to do our project was more based other factors. We did not regret hiring Lease Construction who was friendly and professional and they got the job done in the time and price quoted. We were extremely happy with the results and we are enjoying the new patio thoroughly.

Project: Install Brick or Stone Patios, Walks, and Steps
Chris of Lease Construction was the first to respond to my request for service. He was the only Contractor to make an onsite inspection and he gave me a quote onsite. The quote was then followed up with a written quote via e-mail. He arrived with 2 workers in addition to himself and finished the job in 1 day. He came back the next day for some finish work, made sure it was completed as discussed and received payment. Chris and his crew did an excellent job. They used high quality, heavy stone to make the pathway and patio and were respectful of the plantings next to the pathway/patio. I would recommend Lease Construction to my friends.
