The only reason I did not rate them a 5 star, was because of the cold weather, I do not yet know if the repair effectively stopped the roof leak. Other than that Bob was great to deal with, and he did warranty the work for 6 months, so I feel that should address the issue. Only time and warmer weather will tell.

We have not had enough rain since to find out if the leaks are stopped. The job might be ok, but I feel the price I paid was way out of line to the amount of work. Roughly $200 an hour for the time spent on the roof is a bit much.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Requested visit through on line on Friday evening, expecting a phone call probably Monday, but I got contacted on the same day ~8 PM. Came out on Monday, gave a few options so that I can select, then performed the initial repair on the same day just to make sure water doesn't come in if it rains any time soon. Then follow up visit in the same week. Very satisfied with the service. His name is Bob. Very good service and he knows what he is doing.... Thanks, Bob.
