Project: Repair or Partially Replace Wood Flooring
Although I payed the asking price, the work was not properly completed. As a wood floor specialist I expected Brendan to complete the job to the best of his ability, I had to complete the rest of the work myself instead which took an additional 4 hours. I left messages for him to correct the problem with no results.

This customer was told from the beginning that the floor repair would not match the existing floor due to several factors. He chose to proceed after ample caution to the end result. Once completed he then complained about the floor repair not matching exactly the existing flooring. I did receive his messages to repair the flooring on a Sunday morning, my one day off. I then returned his call promptly Monday morning only for him to tell me he tried to fix the problem himself and that he did not want me to return.
