I had two great experience with Mr. Leblance. The first home he found a lot of problem and it cause me not t make a bad investment. So, he came out to a second home I found and he found minor things that I was able to use to get a better price on the home

Project: Test for Toxic Materials & Mold
Roland LeBlanc was very knowledgeable and professional. We discussed the survey and he advised everything he was doing and why. He took his time with the sample collections to make sure everything was done correctly. He made no assumptions as to the results. "The results will speak for themselves." He made himself available to answer any and all questions including any that might come from the analytical results. I was very pleased with his service and would not hesitate to use him again if the circumstances warrant. I look forward to the results.

Roland provided me with an excellent home inspection. I had done some remodeling and I needed to know exactly what was wrong with my house. Because of his thorough inspection I was able to move forward with several home improvement projects.
