Good price and easy to work with. There was some confusion in the estimate he gave me. He quoted me a price for the front and back yards and then only completed the front half of the front yard, claiming the other half was city property (which it isn't). I think he needed to be very clear in his original estimate, as that was misleading and then I was stuck.

Lawn Pros was fast to respond for the first appointment, detailed in the explanation about available services, willing to do small or large jobs, reasonably priced, and showed up on time to do good fast work. During follow up requests for service it was very difficult to reach Lawn Pros, and there was a long delay (5-6 days) before they could get out and do the work.

I contacted the customer once I got back in town regarding the services he needed and i made him aware that I was out of town tand that i apologize about not getting back to him sooner as I was at a wake and funeral8. Ray
