They arrived in the time frame they specified and did exactly what they said they would do. Excellent service.

Lawn Perks submitted a bid very rapidly but it was about 2 weeks before they came to do the work. The day they showed up they left before the work was complete telling me they would return that day. That was a Thursday. When I called to see when they would return, they said it would be Monday. I told them that was not pleased with waiting until Monday. They returned Friday a completed the job. They did a nice job overall and were reasonably priced.

Lawn Perks were 100% excellent.

The work was exactly what I requested. It was done when promised and I'm very pleased with the results. When spring comes I'm sure I'll be even more pleased when the grass comes in thick and lush.

Price quoted to clean up yard & take care of problem spots was outlined clearly. I am an absent landlord & counted on the monthly maintenance quoted to me so that I could avoid another major clean-up. Through lack of communication and disorganization on the owner's part (misplaced my check for payment), the work did not take place;I was not contacted. After 3 months, I was quoted another price for another cleanup; agreed to it & was billed for slightly more than the quoted price. No fall clean-ups were done because he was waiting for payment & did not contact me or return my phone call. Another major clean-up is now needed & I won't be using

We did have an unfortunate communications breakdown on this account. My Sales Manager gave quote for initial clean-up and on-going monthly lndscp bed maintenance. We performed the initial clean-up, which customer was happy with, and were paid promptly for that work. I was never clear on what exactly we were expected to do as part of that monthly maintenance. We did go back twice during the summer to clean/weed the landscape beds and filled and re-seeded a low spot in the yard. As of late November we had not recvd pmt for the two additional services so we did not provide a fall leaf clean-up. I feel badly that this did not work out.

Fall slice seeding was successfully completed by Lawn Perks.

The work was started and completed yesterday Lawn Perks did a wonderful job of trimming the bushes and cleaning up.

A landscaper from LawnPerks helped evaluate what needed to be done to enhance curb appeal on our property. The use of and deployment of mulch around the existing garden and trees was okay, but my husband had to tell them they used too much mulch around the trees. Plus, they overdid the RoundUp around the trees, leaving us with dying grass around the mulched area. The manager came out and redid the mulch, improving it to our satisfaction. We will be using LawnPerks again because of their commitment to service for their customers.
