Mike from Lauretti provided great emergency service when my water heater started leaking on a Saturday. I called at 10 AM and by 1:30 that afternoon I was back in business. I will call him back for future work.

Great experience. Very courteous, good at explaining everything. Very fast service and very good pricing as well . Whatever he says for a price. That's what you'll pay. No extra or hidden costs. Very neat. Installs the new one and hauls away the old. Also warranties work for 2 years. Doesn't try to over price or over sell you something he knows you probably wont need. Very highly recommended. Will do business with again. Definitely a good one to keep in your contacts.

I highly recommend Lauretti. My hot water heater was not heating properly. Even though it is old, Mike explained that the unit seemed to be rust-free and in good condition. He showed me how to drain the hot water heater to get rid of sediment that accumulates in the bottom. He did not charge me for the visit, nor did he try to talk me into buying a new one. Beyond that, he arrived only two hours after I called about "noise in the hot water heater pipes." When my hot water heater finally dies or any other plumbing related issue arises, I will be sure to call him again.

they were on time and really efficent. We had hot water in the afternoon. We had several family members staying with us for the holiday. I was amazed at how soon after we checked with Service Magic that we had gotten a phone call from Lauretti Plumbing. It just a great expericence.

Spoke with Mike over the phone and he offered several options on what I was looking to do all in different price ranges and using different equipment. After meeting with him at my house he made a recommendation as to which was a better solution. The work was done very professionally, clean, and the installer was very informative about the system as well as answering questions. Great overall service.

got quote from 6 other plumbers. All came in at 3500 to 3700. Lauretti Plumbing came in at 3000. Exact same tank- for a lot less. Nice guy. Great prompt service. Will use him every time
