Project: Remodel a Basement
John and his team did a fabulous job. Although the project intent was to redo my basement it spread to a whole home project. John and his team took remedied structural issues, installed a new water heater, took care of plumbing issues, etc. His work is excellent and took a rehab property and turned it into a home. I highly recommend Latigo.

Project: Install Plumbing in a Remodel or Addition
I had a very good overall experience with Latigo. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I had them install the drains for a basement bathroom, and they did a great job. I am a bit of a do-it-yourselfer, so they worked with me on ways I could save money by doing some things myself. Overall, I was very pleased and am likely to hire them again in the future.

Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
You definately want to negotiate with your plumber or any contractor I suppose as the price was significantly less when we picked up the hot water heater. It still cost $400 to have it installed which included a $25 part. They don't really quote an hourly, they want to charge by the job. In this case they made approx. $200 hr. The job was done just fine.

Project: Install or Replace a Swamp Cooler
Not much to it. They came when scheduled, completed the work in a timeley way, and the cost was as agreed. The new unit is working fine. I would recommend them to others looking for the same service.

They came out and actually got into the well to check out what needs to be done. They gave me pricing right then, with options to make it cheaper
