City: Snohomish Project: Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Install or Replace I got a heat pump and gas furnace.  The price was fair, but it's never worked quite right and the drainage line was clogged as installed.  After they left, I found dozens of screws… Read Complete Rating I got a heat pump and gas furnace.  The price was fair, but it's never worked quite right and the drainage line was clogged as installed.  After they left, I found dozens of screws and small, sharp pieces of sheet metal in my gravel driveway. <br /> <br />The system routinely has trouble keeping the house warm when the outside temperature is between 40 and 50 degrees.  Sometimes it doesn't work at all. <br /> <br />I've repeatedly called for service, so far they've simply shut off the furnace and restarted it.  Strangely enough, that hasn't fixed the problem(s).
