While not the movers' fault, because of and illness with one of their drivers they ended up not being able to move my things on the day I had scheduled.  They were stretched so thin that they had nobody to cover.  The next week they finally had some availability that worked with my schedule they moved the few large items I wanted them to handle.  The movers did a fair job although I felt I had more expertise in how to get large items (couches) into my new basement than they did.  They nearly refused to even try until I showed them it was possible.

I was very pleased with Last Mile. They showed up when they said they would. They wrapped the furniture carefully, and nothing was scratched or broken. The team worked efficiently, and they were very polite. <br /> <br />I will use Last Mile again.
