Project: Install or Completely Replace Vinyl Siding
LMW performed a siding job on our house which included: removing old siding, installing rigid insulation panels, house wrap installing vinyl siding over cinder block foundation and frame house and caulking needed areas. LMW did a fine job overall and the project represented a good value. LMW has promised to visit our residence for the next 5 years and take action on any needed deficiencies. LMW 's contract spelled out exactly what they were going to do, so it was easy to follow-up on services./work performed.

These guys did a great job on our house. We couldn't be happier. They were always here when they said they would be and even worked through a nasty wind storm we had. The y cleaned up after themselves and treated our home as if it was theirs.

Great job however did not put extention on one downspout by garage I had to go and buy a flex pipe to extend it to the lawn.

dave and his crew installed vinyl siding and replaced some windows. they did a very good job and were prompt and cleaned up each night before leaving. they paid attention to detail and helped out with some other small projects. They get an A rating and we would recommend them for your job.

We started off with a minor problem which was immediately corrected by the contractor. All issues were handled promptly Unlike most contractors they actually do return phone calls. Job was done in a neat and professional manner. Work was started and completed in a timely manner. Price was very competitive especially when compare with other vendors for the same materials.

Project: New Windows - Multiple
I was set at ease at the initial sales call. After seeing other companies (some really bad calls) I was set on Dave's Midwest. The price and the service were exactly what I had asked for. But the Service Far Exceeded My Expectations!! I was having replacement windows installed, so I knew there would be a mess on the carpet. I chose NOT to vacuum, just move the furniture, before they arrived. Imagine, walking into a room, completely cleaned, better than it was left. They vacuumed all the rooms, and swept off the patios. I have already printed up a flier for my neighbors to recommend Dave's Midwest Building Services! Thank you Dave!

Project: Install or Replace Wood or Fiber-Cement Siding
The work crew was very professional during the removal of the old cedar siding and later installation of extra insulation with fiber-cement siding on our home. There were no hidden extras for claimed unforeseen difficulties. Our later request for gutters and downspouts was timely responded to by Dave and that additional work installed within a week. The work site was kept clean during the entire three and one-half (3 ½) week demolition and installation period. Minor punch-list items were taken care of in a timely manner. A double opening shed door still needs to be covered with weatherboard covering, but a manufacturer’s production delay is holding up completion. We believe that once that product is eventually delivered Dave will have the final work completed.
