If you do not have the time to complete your home maintenance, repairs and upkeep, allow me to be your extra pair of hands around the house. Larson Home Services offers an affordable means of getting those "To Do" or "Honey Do" list to become a "To Done" list. The services I provide range from small jobs like a faucet replacement and rocky toilet repair to full deck repair and custom woodworking. In other words, I'm a Handyman and a Residential General Contractor. I am Licensed, Insured, and registered to do business legally in Colorado.

Project: Hire a Handyman
David was excellent. He came to my rescue after another contractor messed things up. He was professional and did a great job. He didn't charge me for this as another contractor messed it up. I was very grateful for this and thought it showed a lot of integrity on his part. I will definitely use him again.

Dave completed the project for as little money as he could and did a really nice job. He repaired the gate on our dumpster enclosure. He got back in there and cleaned out all of the trash and really went above and beyond!

Working with David was a pleasure; he was professional, courteous, and detailed. He was willing to travel to a local hardware store when I didn't have the right hardware for the project. I would definitely hire David again.

The first phase of our project was finished fast and professionally. When issues with our water pump and filter that were not related to the original project arose, Mr. Larson stepped in and fixed it to ensure we had drinkable water and good water pressure. We have several more projects scheduled over the next couple of months. We look forward to same level of skill and professionalism in completing those projects.

David Larson was speedy- we had a deadline for our rental property because a tenant was moving in, and he made sure he hired enough people to get the work done FAST. It was well done, and he is very friendly.

David did a great job. He was on time, on budget & solved one serious problem I've had for over 2 yrs. It waa a project - repairing my wellhead cover - that no one else would even try. He spend 3 days here & we're already talking about a few more projects we'd like him to takle for us.

Its so rare to get the type of service I received from David. The fact that he met me at lowe's to help pick out a replacement faucet showed his willingness to help me and stay within my budget. Very highly recommended
