Larry returned call promptly and was on time for the project. A repeat call had to be made to complete and this was also done when he said he'd be back. I was pleased.

Larry made every effort to get to us even though his schedule was full. He and his associate arrived late in the day and worked past dark filling us in on every aspect of the job. We now know a lot more about our fireplace and how it works because of his patient, friendly tutorial. I only wish that we had called him when we first moved into the house, as we've never had a fireplace before and were clueless about how ours was supposed to work. We were a fire waiting to happen!
