They did a great job, they were able to squeeze me into what I assume was a pretty busy schedule, and get my roof repaired before another big storm rolled in. They showed me pictures of the damage prior to doing the work, along with explaining what the repairs would be, instead of simply giving me a price to fix it like other contractors I have had come out in the past. Would highly recommend them to anyone else.

They promised to come out on a Monday, but turned up a on Tuesday. They contract this work out to contractors, we could not barely understand the worker very well. they brought out the wrong material and then tried to charge us more for making a second visit, due to them being unprepared to do the job. I sent them a picture of hte job before they came out.

The customer called us on Sunday. And we tried to make it on Monday. ( we called him on Monday and rescheduled for the next day) He wasn't home and before we even got out of our truck his wife came running out and said we couldnt work cause her husband wanted to inspect the colors. I immediately called him and said if we have to come back there is an additional charge of $100.00 bringing the total to 375.00 He agreed and we installed the same material we brought out the first time out. Then when it came time to pay the BILL the cheapskate customer tried to only pay us 275.00. We brought the correct material he is lying

Ok, I’m sold on Larkin remodelers! When I needed new vinyl siding to replace my old damaged aluminum siding I went out and got six bids. We choose Larkin because of their impressive knowledge, experience, price and good references. They were willing to work with us and the insurance company. Their professionalism was evident in every aspect of our dealings with them. My wife was concerned that the soffits, rakes, fascia, frieze wraps, and dentil molding might not match the rest of the paint on the house and windows. Larkin worked with us, brought in samples and they found a perfect match which made us very happy. When the siding came in, the crew went right to work. They were professional, fast and hard working. They came early and stayed late. The whole house was done in under a week and it looks fantastic. We had several neighbors comment that they never saw the crew resting or taking a break and they were always hustling to get things done. When they finished we did an inspection and they promptly correct the couple of small items I pointed out. They cleaned everything up so it was spotless and the house has never looked better. If you want a top notch professional siding job at a great price, I highly recommend Larkin Remodelers – they really did a superb job. If we have another remodeling job, you can be sure we will call Larkin Remodeling first – we were that impressed with their work!

Initial response was beyond exceptional! The quality of product an performance were outstanding in nearly all facets. The only drawback was the lack of attention to detail in the cabinetry. In the end, we accepted cabinetry that is not really satisfactory. However, the water-mitigation, the drywall repairs, flooring replacement were done to perfection, and the company's assistance with moving possessions (personal items, furniture, wall-mounted TV, etc.) and with disposal of discarded items was very helpful.

Great quality of work on our remodeled home. Derek made good suggestions on what to choose to help integrate vinyl siding with new and old brick work on our 1940s home. Work completed in the agreed time.

Couldn't believe the responsiveness to our small repair. The crew was courteous and professional. Larkin is now in my call list under roofing.

They helped us with water removal after the storm. They were very busy at the time, but showed a lot of concern and consideration for our dilemma and charged a reasonable price.
