He kept his appointment to check out the project,not every contractor kept their appontment or submitted a estimate if they did come out. Received his quote within three or four days,very good price for the work that was going to be done. Showed up for work on the appointed days,did quality work at a good pace,stayed on job when an expected problem came up,would recommend him highly

Kevin did a great job in our home fixing the ceiling. Not only did he arrive on time but the project turned out beautiful. He is very reliable and honest. He is definately our handyman for our any projects in the future.

Project: Hire a Handyman
They were flexible with timing of the project and completed all tasks. Kevin immediately addressed things that I pointed out needing attention. The only negative comment is that rotten deck boards were left that I did not notice until he had left. Not a huge deal. I have already recommeded him to family.

The entire deck needs to be torn down & replaced, but the agreement for the meantime was to only replace the worst & noticable rotted deck boards which during my walk-thru we had agreed was 4 boards and I went and replaced 6 at no extra charge.
