I really like the work that Loredo's people did. My yard looks very nice. Baldemar really backs up his work with warranty which is really nice. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The yard looks very good and Baldemar charged the price he had quoted. He gave helpful tips for fertilizing, cutting and watering the new sod. His crew was professional and worked hard. The project took a little longer than I expected and I would have liked a call when the workers did not come as scheduled. Other than that we are very happy with the result. We chose Loredo's for the superior prep work. They killed the existing lawn, raked it properly and put a solid layer of topsoil, lime and fertilizer in place before they laid down the sod. Other contractors gave quotes for laying down the sod without putting topsoil.

The zoysia sod was substandard and because of its low quality the lawn became weed infested. Additionally, my landscaping lights were torn up in the process and had to be brought to their attention. They did have someone come out and repair it after I complained. There are still sod pieces that have need to be replaced and have not been replaced. Unless you constantly complain you will not get any attention. There is only one number to contact for customer service and it is a cell number so it is difficult to get any attention. If you want to see the result come look at one of the worst lawns in Preston Grande.

They did a great job with our sod and our lawn looks like carpet. I was very pleased with how they worked and they typically went above and beyond. The only reason I did not give them five stars is because of communication, they could have communicated a little better as to what they were going to do and when, but other than that they were fantastic and I couldn't be happier with our lawn. Their prices were very reasonable as well. Great job guys!

We have a small yard and were having a hard time finding a quality sod install contractor that also provided good value. Most installers' prices were simply too high based on the size of our job, since there was little economy of scale. Baldemar with Loredo's came recommended on this site, so I requested an estimate for sod intstallation. He gave a very reasonable estimate for the work and on the day of the job his staff showed up on schedule, completed our sod job ahead of their projected timeline, and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. Very satisfied with the whole experience and would absolutely recommend Baldemar to anyone.
