I wouldn't hesitate to use Laplante's again. He was on time and had my furnace installed in less than 3hrs. Very polite and funny and didn't vary from the quote given. Judy from Fairfax.

Chuck is very professional.We had a bad situation.Our furnace was red flagged right in the middle of the Christmas holidays.He worked with us through Christmas to make sure it was finished.We appreciated his concern for us and all the great work he did.

Project: Install Plumbing in a Remodel or Addition
Chuck and his company were fantastic!. While there was a minor delay due to his helper getting injured, once it was rescheduled they were ontime (actually early) and did a fantastic job. I knew it was a large job (moving a bunch of lines in the basement for awasher move, etc) I appreciated the complexity and workmanship needed as they progresses throughout the day. I "checked" in on them throughout the day and they willingly answered all my questioned and made some suggestions to improve the look or usage of the changes. I even asked them to make a minor change and that was done quick and reasonably priced. I will hire them again for sure

I highly recommend Chuck Laplante. Since we moved to VT 3.5 years ago we've tried two other plumbers, and were not happy with either. Chuck is very professional. He talks and listens to the customer to ensure he understand the problems. He assesses the situation accurately and provides and accurate estimate of the cost. He takes his time and does it right. His prices seemed a bit higher than the other plumbers we have used, but well worth it based on the quality of the work. We'll be calling him again!

Excellent experience - Chuck was prompt and reliable and hired excellent sub-contractors. I will definitely check with Chuck Laplante for any future plumbing or heating jobs.
