I was extremely disappointed with their customer service. they suggested that i pay in advance in order to get a 3% savings and after they received my payment, service went downhill. I had to keep calling to find out when they would repair the drainfield... the day it was finally done, I get home to find that i have no running water. when I called the first question I'm asked is, "was this a problem before we did the work?" if that were the case, why would I be calling?? they finally sent a plumber who told me they clogged the pipes when they did the work - he had to come back the next day and told me he would be back first thing in the morning. I told him I would need to take 1/2 day vacation in order for him to do that - he assured me he would be back in the morning. the next day he arrived after 2 PM. I was forced to take a whole day off from work and he really didn't correct the problem. my water flow has not been the same since. I finally received a call from Lapin stating that they wanted to come out to give me my warranty and final invoice. when I told him about the problems he had he'd have someone else call me. I got so fed up I just emailed and told them to mail the paperwork to me. I recently received the pad invoice but have not received the warranty. needless to say, i will NEVER use this company again.,,,,
