Project changed slightly due to circumstances, but the the technician was very knowledgeable, and he even beat me to my home, thus allowing him to get to work right away.

He was very nice, he did business as well as residential. Really didn't seem to clean very well. I got home after being away for about 30 days. couldn't tell much of a difference, he'd been there 2 weeks previous. Didn't vacuum the stairs, didn't clean much of the stairs at all, didn't dust.

The lanz heating/cooling team are awesome. They evaluated the problem and offered several different options for the fix. Jeff and Wes were the two that I dealt with the most. They were very courteous and professional. They were honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them!!Jeff is the nicest guy and he really knows his stuff. My house is so comfortable now I can hardly believe the difference since they did my work!!!!!

Great job fixing the leak. Very resonably priced and good timing. However, now I still have a hole in my ceiling to repair. I misunderstood Lanz's intent to finish the project. They did indicate they would give me a name of someone who did drywall work. However, the person who's name they gave me has not returned my call. So now I'm stuck looking for someone to do that project.
