Project: Landscape Designer
Responded to initial request promptly. Showed up on time to evaluate the project. A bit slow in providing an estimate, but when it was provided it was well prepared, detailed and reasonably priced. Corresponded with me about my questions and answered all completely. Showed up on time to do the work and completed on time. Quality of work is good. Mark is very customer focused and did a lot to satisfy me. He did not hassle me with extra charges for minor changes and even gave me a credit that he received on some of the plants.

He came out last week to see what he needed to do the job and I have not seen or heard from hin since.

We are a good landscape company, we cleaned this cutomer's gutters for free as they are retiree's and referred 3 qualified electricians to handle the security lighting problem. It was made clear that we are NOT qualified electricians. It is unfair to be rated on work we cannot do nor promised to do.

Mark was professional while quoting the job. Did a site visit. He was on-time for the job. Did a great quality job in getting my landscaping back to normal. Will use for near future landscaping design and install.

Mark and his crew installed a new front porch, sidewalk. front patio, lighting, fire-pit , edging and plants. He and his crew were reliable, on time, patient, professional and hard-working. I let Mark choose the plants and they are colorful and greatly enhance the curb appeal of our home.. The whole family likes the landscaping and we plan to enjoy it for years to come.

will use them again for another project...Arriived when promised finished job when promised even during heavy rains. Could not ask for more.

Project: Repair a Brick, Stone or Block Wall
We were very satisfied with the repair made to our rock retaining wall. Mark worked with us on our budget, and started and finished the work as promised. I would definitely recommend Landmark Design Group to friends and family.
