Project: Install Ceramic or Porcelain Tile
Very engaged and prompt with estimate and execution of the tile work. Also had some carpentry added on and was timely and of good quality. The main theme that was refreshing was his willingness to talk about approach and not just when he was on the job. This allowed me time to think through what was probably a pretty straight forward project, but gave me the opportunity to do things right.

I was unexpectedly looking for a one-time cleaning on short notice on a holiday weekend. David phoned right away. Very accomodating. Was able to do the service I wanted, when I wanted.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Dave is an excellent contractor. He's smart, he leaves unfinished work in a clean presentable state at the end of the day, he does stellar high quality carpentry, all his recommendations of plumbers, electricians, and plasterers are just as professional, courteous, and hard working as he is. Among the many things he did for us (new roof, new windows, partial kitchen renovation, and a complete renovation of our attic), we are very very happy with all of it. I will recommend Dave to any one of my friends looking for a contractor.

Dave was very professional. Although he subcontracted a lot of the work that was done, Dave made sure that they were on time and as professional as he was. I had plaster work done and it came out very nice. Dave always kept in contact with me and returned phone calls immediately, which is worth a lot to me.
