Placement of certain sprinkler popup heads is less than optimal resulting in insufficient water distribution to certain areas of the lawn. Twice John promised to come by to take a look at the above problem but never show up. I guess there's not much I could do once I have paid the invoice in full.

From the beginning we knew this was going to be a quality experience. John Norris listened to everything that I wanted to do and provided his input, feedback and ideas professionally. John then drew up a professional plan and scheduled the work within a couple of weeks (weather dependent). The quality of the work is excellent and everyone who visits our home raves about how the house looks with its new landscape and lighting. We even won Yard of the Month! We alreay know we will contact John when we move to Phase II, which is the remainder of our backyard.

Norris leveled the yard to remove low spots that held water. Unfortunately, I developed a new low place. Water did not linger a long time there. All my plants froze in a large flower bed. He covered the bare spot with grass. In fact.Norris put grass in all areas that he leveled. He also mulched around bushes and plants The backyard looks good even though it is almost all grass now. I would have given Norris a five star except for the new low spot.

Mr. John Norris (the owner) listened to what I wanted and then designed a plan to landscape the front and backyard (plants, patio work, stone work, etc.). The front yard was done first. The crew did an exceptional job installing ledgestone-framed beds and fixing existing stone walkways and stacked stone borders. Also nice, they cleaned up every evening and hauled everything away. The suggested plantings (heavy shade areas) are working out really well. Getting lots of positive feedback from our neighbors on how nice the front yard looks. Having them come back to finish the backyard later in the year.

John and his guys at Landscape & Design did an amazing job building a partially covered patio in our backyard. They were great to work with right from the beginning, and they completed the job within the time they said they would (2 weeks). We are extremely happy with the results! The construction and landscaping are fantastic, and they even went and did extra without being asked. For example, they fixed up the landscaping in the front yard without us asking them to. They did a great job keeping the work area clean throughout the process and were very respectful of our property. We would definitely recommend them to others!

Just thought I would say that I am very pleased with my landscaping. John Norris did a fantastic job on the design and the guys who put the plan into action are to be applauded as well. My neighbors have been very complimentary, one even showed me she had one of their business cards and planned to call them herself after seeing the results at my place.
