The company did not give a contract prior to starting the work. They were supposed to dig out the yard, bring in 6 inches of topsoil and then lay fescue sod. They did not dig out the yard so we ended up digging it ourselves because they said sod would be delivered in two days. They sprinkled a couple of bags of topsoil from a garden shop over the top(did not even cover the surface) instead of bringing in several truckloads of topsoil. They did a poor job of laying sod. They tried to charge double the original quote that should have included all the above. We were NOT SATISFIED with this company.

The company was very fast to complete the work. They also came back to make sure everything was the way it should be. Judd, the owner was very friendly and frank about the appearance we wanted. We were very pleased with the work. Thank you for recommending Clean Cut Lawn Service.

The owner came out and gave a low cost, ballpark figure for the landscaping bid. He did not provide any kind of diagram, but he said that we didn't have to pay him until all the work was done and we were satisfied. Because of the lack of detail in the bid the home owner needs to be on-site during the landscaping to clarify the work. We were very satisfied with the final results, although it did take a number of discussion with the workers and owner. We recommend this company, but make sure you're the type of person that is willing to be on-site and continually communicate your expectations.

Clean Cut did a very good job installing my sprinkler / drip system and some other yard maintenance. They provided professional and timely service. They also gave me very helpful advice for other landscaping projects I am currently engaged in. While their services cost a bit more than other landscaper, you definitely get what you pay for. I highly recommend Clean Cut for your landscaping needs.

If I had any complaint at all, I think it would be that he should take measurements when giving estimates. I think he estimated my property as being larger than it really was. He just paced it out rather than measure. Also the original orders were lost or misplaced and the workers who showed weren't exactly sure what they were supposed to do. But he end result is absolutely gorgeous and I couldn't be happier with the results and the design.
