We started the process of securing the services of Landis in late March and early April -- final installation date was scheduled for July 5 -- did not happen he was a week late and then failed to call when he was even another day later -- I was waiting for their arrival! He planned for a part of a day installation -- we had asked him to adjust some steps -- "oh good" he says that will make a full day! Two and half days later he finished -- with major additional charges in labor -- miscalculations on bill and redoing a brick landing. Also workers tend to think that your house is theirs and found them lounging on my pool deck and patio !

Project: Install a Brick, Stone or Block Wall
The owner was very friendly and worked with me on budget issues. He kept somewhat close to his estimated date of completion. He was not on site while the crew was working, and he completely missed the artistic feel that I was going for, even though I had taken a photo of a retaining wall that I was trying to copy. His crewwas friendly, but messy. The yard was dug up pretty badly and they made an effort to put it back to original condition, but it will take a while to recover. I had to ask the crew to bring the landscape fabric to the top of the wall instead of 2/3 up; the purpose of the wall was to prevent erosion in very sandy soil.

I wanted 0-1 crusher run but Landis had #2 crusher run which they said was the same. It isn't. The #2 worked butr I still need 10 yards of 0-1s crusher run. Who has it in my area?

My fence is just great-- I am very happy with the work. It was done on a very warm afternoon without any complaint. The staff was very professional. The product was first rate. I am very happy with this company.

Outstanding! My experience with Landis was wonderful. Everyone I worked with was friendly and easy to talk with. Landis delivered service on time, and did great work for me. Highly recommended, I will be calling them again in the near future.

Project: Install Interlocking Pavers for Driveways & Floors
Dan and his crew did an excellent job installing our patio at the Ramada Inn. Great care was giving in not destroying our lawn by laying plywood down for the machinery to drive over. Completed the would project in the time frame as quoted. Would highly recommend Dan for your projects.

Overall, I am satisfied with every aspect of this job. I recommend Daniel and his crew to anyone looking for value, quality workmanship and great communications. I especially liked that the hows and whys of the job particulars were explained to me, so I could feel comfortable making decisions both before the job began and as the job progressed.
