Although agreeable and professional at our first 2 meetings, Mr. Landers has dragged his feet and worked on other projects, while mine sat idle -- something he swore he would not do. He told me this project would take less than 1 week, and it has dragged on for almost 2 months. The work being done is of decent quality, although day after day, only one worker is here -- and not Mr. Landers!
