Project: Install Sod
The contractor did not schedule the sod installation with me. His 3 man crew arrived unannounced. The crew did not prep the yard as agreed, did not lay ammended soil as agreed, and then laid the sod in a very sloppy manner which has left our yard lumpy and uneven. Multiple attempts to reach LandCo, no answer and no call back. The crew tore out and disposed of trees and shrubs without checking with me which items were to be removed. The price for this company was $1000.00 higher than other company estimates, but I chose this company because they described a higher quality of work and attention to detail. AND the sod is full of weeds!
