Owner was flaky. I had to keep in contact. Never phoned in advance of someone coming out as I had requested. The surveyer who came was of great help in answering questions. He did his job well. Sent check in upon completion of job. One hour of work for payment of two. All surveying requests were overpriced for small jobs.

Good customer service... just too expensive.

Tried to explain to the client that he was misunderstanding the value of our services and how many of service magics referrals are made to surveyors that do not carry professional liability insurance. We maintain a million dollar policy unlike most. What would anyone expect to pay a two man crew to go to their home with over $150,000 of equipment in tow? Sorry for the misunderstanding.

they did the job for me ok. the only thing that irritated me was when I went to their office to pick up my survey the price was $100.00 more than I had been told. after I complained about it then the price was changed back to what I had been originally. I was pleased with the work they did for me, just irritated that they tried to jack me around on the price.

The client misunderstand that my contract stated that if there was difficulty that took us beyond the anticipated scope of work that we would advise him at once which we did and our contract clearly spelled out that anything out of scope would be billed hourly. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

They were very good, very professional. Infuses with the quality for their work. They measured the work, could be called to be expert witnesses on their work. So many just drive by the area for the survey. They validate, make sure it is proper.
