Project: Install Concrete Patios, Walks and Steps
I have used Lanco Construction before and like before, they did outstanding work. Their bid was not the lowest, or the highest. They clearly communicated with me and completed the job (although small) quickly.

Did a great job instaling our putting green. Was always concerned about making sure it was perfect and it is ! and the price was right

Project: Install a Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System
Prompt, helpful, great waterfall-stram-pond design with small space to work with, great take out of old lawn and clean up, new sod was layed and looked great but I don't believe they smoothed and packed the ground as much as they could have. Overall great work & knowledgable. I would hire Jake again.

Project: Landscape Yard or Gardens
Jake did not delay getting a bid to us & fine-tuned the specifications of the project as needed. The front & back lawns were removed, yards leveled, underground sprinkler system installed in both, & the front lawn was sodded & the back hydroseeded. On each day of the project I was home & was impressed with the professionalism of the crew. Neighbors commented on the finished product & how well the crew worked as a team. At no time was any of the crew standing idly by. Once installed the sprinkler system was tested twice & will be retested at a later date. Lanco receives my highest recommendation.

Jake and his crew did a great job. The work was done well and with care and within budget. Jake took extra care to select the rocks and flagstone that would look best in our yard. Everything was done very speedily and left neat and clean. We plan to use Lanco again.

Jake and his crew did our entire project, from planning to clean-up, in the most efficient and courteous manner. They completed things on time, and even though I had changes during the project-they were resiliant, ant easy to work with. I highly recommend this crew for any landscaping or patio project. My wife says that things are just as she saw them before starting work.
