Project: Build a Garage
Project completed on schedule. We were called the day before each crew (concrete, carpenters, electrician) would be arriving. Jon Keene called after each phase of the project was completed to get our feedback on the work. We are very satisfied with the job.

Excellent follow thru was willing and able to handle my problem within two days notice but once aware of the emergency nature, shifted their schedule to match my needs and came the same day. Owner was professional, considerate and efficient.

Project: Install Roof Heating Cable to Melt Snow
My husband contacted Michael Lally of Lally Construction around 3 pm yesterday regarding ice dams in our gutters that were causing leaking inside our home. Michael called us immediately and set up an appointment for early the next morning. He gave us a estimated price over the phone. Michael and crew arrived around 8:30 am the next day, completed the work efficiently for the price quoted. They were finished in 30 minutes. We would recommend Lally Construction to others and would consider using them in the future.

Project: Repair a Tile Roof
My roof was leaking. I submitted a request through servicemagic at 6 a.m. and then called them at 8 a.m. They had just finished reading my email request, were out at my house by 9 a.m., gave me a quote, had extra men out to help and the roof was fixed by noon. They were polite, professional, and fast.

Basically a good job. Some workers did not seem to know what they were doing. The job was completed in a timely manner and was what I expected.
