Some delays with getting the windows so I had to deal with boarded up openings a while. Overall, the project turned out great.

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
I am going to report them to BBB. It is far too much to type, so suffice it say that once the new roof was on, the house started leaking when it rained.

Roof had lots of tar, it was attached to the siding, roof does not leak as shown to homeowner...siding and window is the problem. Have NEVER had a new roof leak...

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
My screened porch is the best looking, highest quality screened porch in my neighborhood and it wasn't as expensive as some of my neighbor's porches. The crew worked hard and finished basically on schedule [imagine that!]. I'm proud to show off my porch and deck to my family, friends, and neighbors. Thanks!

These folks were ALWAYS readily accessible via cell phone for communications. They were promt and couteous and adhered to their timeline. When they said they would be there at 8 AM they were . When they said the job would be done in 2 days it was. Considering this was during peak season for estimates and people requiring jobs started we found there communications to be EXCELLENT. Each day Paul was present at the beginning and end of the day to make sure everything met expectations. We would HIGHLY recommend Advantage to anyone requiring future work. They are honest and VERY customer reliable.

The work was done in a timely manner and the cost was fair. However, any phonecalls made to Paul since the bill was paid have gone without a call back(and these were in reference to future work to be done at the house). I am disappointed since I did refer him to 2 other roof jobs that he ended up doing in my neighborhood, and I will now have to look elsewhere for contractors. If he had responded to my calls he could have had a lot more work and a lot more referrals

Advantage consistently either met, or exceeded my expectaions on every promise they made to me. The work was done to perfection! The porch is absolutely beautiful. They cleaned up every day before leaving. Every employee was extremely courteous and pleasant. I never heard one word of irritation or improper language from them. My only regret is that I don't have the funds to keep them busy at my house doing all the things that I need done. These are truly good people and they do quality work. That is something that is hard to find these days. I give them an A+!
