Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Great salesman! Very thorough, and was involved throughout the job. The contractors were subbed out, and I was not very pleased with them. They would not show up when they said they would after I had taken off work to be there. I finally had to leave the door unlocked so they could get in. I was very uncomfortable with that. The tile work was awful. They had to come back to repair the work because the grout was cracking, the tiles were not even. We were without our master bath for over 2 weeks. I would use the salesman again ,but not the subcontractor.

Lakeside Construction's Rickey Culpepper had stairs and landings built in two days! A beautiful job!!

Project: Install or Replace Exterior Trim
I hired them,and they did fantastic work. My only "hit" on the company is they wanted payment before I was really ready to hire and before any other bids came in. It was not high pressure, per se, but they were closing the deal before I was ready. If you are ready to hire, this is the right company. If you are comparing and contrasting contractors, call these people last. They do cost more, the the quality of their work is wonderful. I highly recommend, even with the one "hit".

Project: Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Repair
Very professional , and they cleaned up outside made sure everything was perfect. They even repaired a window that was accidentally broken.
