Project: Obtain Building Permits
This was my first experience with Mr. Molina. He did everything he promised. EVEN BETTER: He was lightening fast at returning calls, text messages and emails. He was expensive, but in the long run, worth every penny. I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and excellent service.

Project: Obtain Building Permits
Lakeside Architect provided the design build for site and utility construction work for a small new commercial building, as well as getting the project and permits quickly through the City; project was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. Service was very responsive. It was a project well done. GIMB, Inc., Dallas, Texas. November, 2010.

Isaac creatively put our ideas on paper and made a very appealing set of plans. We've yet to actually start construction, but our contractor has been very complimentary about the design, too.

Lakeside, were good listeners and were able to indentify with our needs. Pricing was consistent, fair and reasonable. Quality was good. willingness to work to our schedule was refreshing. responce time very good. overall it was a enjoyable and refreshing experience for us.

Project: Hire an Architect to Design a Project
I think he is a little high for a project of this size. The building is a little under 1000 sq ft. and his price about $3.00 a square foot for consultation, research and builders plans. I am forced to seek other bids to ensure his is accurate.

The smaller the project the higher the PSF fee. Lakeside Architect actually gives overall fee budgets to clients. The PSF fee calculation becomes irrelevant on small projects.

Overall a very nice plan was submitted. We had plans drawn up for a master bathroom addition and a remodel of our kitchen. The only issue we had was he was a bit uncooperative when we asked for some changes to the kitchen design. Again, overall a great experience and a beautiful design.

Lakeside Architect gives clients the pros and cons of each design decision they make. The "informed" client ultimately makes the final decision.

Isaac at Lakeside has been great to work with. He has been to my house 3 times to meet with my wife and I and has done a great job of listening to our thoughts and getting them on paper. I did not hear from Guy Vance.
