Excellent assistance in choosing windows and making difficult window trim look nice. Knowledgeable, professional team. Work team is pushed too hard to finish in a day, leading to quality and customer service concerns.

Lake Washington Windows and Doors did a splended job installing our interior doors.The work was not rushed and they were very concerned with every detail with the best results. I would highly reccommend this contractor for anyone looking for an honest and detail oriented company.Also there was no add- ons to the quoted estimate.

The new door is great. Took care of some dry rot and explained probable cause. Initially told storm/screen door could be reinstalled, but door opening was too big.

LWW&D was very responsive, and very professional. Their quote was in line with everyone else, and they offered a higher quality product. They were not pushy, but they were very responsive. Update: They left a voicemail Monday for the install date, stating "Wednesday, between 10-10:30." When they did not arrive I called and they said "next Wednesday, not this Wednesday." The woman in the office insisted she spoke to me and gave the right date, and would not have left a voicemail. But, I still have the voicemail in my email box. The owner was again responsive, and offered a discount for the trouble.
