Mr. Ravizza called within three minutes of my inquiry - we set up an appointment for the same day - he informed me by phone of a minor delay - he arrived in good spirit - fixed the problem and even took care to another problem while here - showed my son how to remedy this 2nd problem in the future - and gave me his business which listed his scope of repair work.

A little to early to rate this company, as they have only cleaned my pool a couple of times. So far they have arrived at the appointed time and have done a good job so far. Only gave this company three stars, but would update this rating as time goes along.

We contracted with Lake Tahoe Pools for a complete bebuild of our pool including all the plumbing. The work was done to perfection, the service was excellent and all workers were considerate and professional. Steve (owner operator) operates with integrety and open honesty. He was present to oversee the entire implementation and even made suggestions for improvement during the process. We are so impressed that we have offered for Lake Tahoe pools to show our pool to interested customers and to have them to contact us personally if they have questions.

Steve called me almost the instant I clicked on the button. He was right on top of it, very friendly and even went out that same day and cleaned my pool. I couldn't be happier. I can't tell you the relief I have knowing that the pool will be sparkling clean this summer for me and I don't have to worry about finding the time to deal with the backwashing, purchasing the chemicals, etc. It's the first time in the 12 years I've been in Arizona that I can be worry-free about my pool. Thank you so much.

Within 2 minutes of my reporting my need, Steve from Lake Tahoe Pools called and arranged an appt. to view my pool and provide an estimate. The estimating process was very thorough, educational for me as a consumer which I really appreciated. Even more, I appreciated no surprises. The estimate and final cost were the same. His experienced and professional team, Randy and Cheryl, performed the work: drained and cleaned the pool, repaired hollow and cracked tiles, and re-filled with appropriate chemicals. Randy always called to communicate progress. I'm very impressed and elected to continue with Lake Tahoe Pools as my routine service provider.
