Alan very responsvie and professional. Called day of inquiry and serviced our pool that week. Charge was more than I was paying but the old saying you get what you pay for as the previous provider left me withoout notice.

Alan responded almost immediately. He explained what needed to be done to make our pool ready for use, completed the necessary clean up and added needed chemicals. He was professional, but also very friendly and helpful. We would recommend him to anyone.

I expected the Tech to show up give me an estimate and call me back to schedule an appointment, instead although it was late in the evening he gave me a reasonable estimate and was more than willing to repair my problem right than and completed the repair in a reasonable amount of time and also gave me some hints on maintaining my pool. So, Yes; I was happy with his work.
