Mr. Wingate was very upfront with what he was going to need to do to complete my repairs. He was very professional and never spoke "down" to me because I was a woman. He provided me with a very detailed written list of what he was going to do and at the precise final price for the job. (His price was right in step with all other quotes I'd heard from other sources. No gouging.) He arrived when he said he would.....completed the job quickly.......and worked cleanly and quietly. ****He did not try to swindle me into unneeded additional "work". (Every one else that had contacted me only wanted to do full re-roof projects.)****
