We invited Rick to develop a concept plan for an existing property which we wanted to remodel. Before doing so, we wanted to do a feasibility study to make sure it was a good decision. He listened to both of us was careful regarding our budget and was able to successfully merge our ideas. He was able to deliver the results at the price that we were looking for. Rick paid careful attention to what we were trying to achieve, did the research to ensure our project would offer a pay-back, given market.  I can recommend Richard very highly to anyone.
