He bid for removal and install 34 sheet drywall, tape, bed, prime and paint.  I gave him half of bid (which was a mistake on my part) to buy material.  During removal some wires in a junction box (which the worker should have seen) were jiggled and touched and created a very strong electrical surge.  The worker should have stopped and reported the wires.  The surge came to the fuse box at the house and wiped out everything that had to do with electronics in the house.  They piled all the mess in front of the garage and said I would have to pay extra to have removed.  He wanted the rest of the bid to finish the job and I told him no way.

Very nice,  polite and concientious.  Price was reasonable and was willing to work with our budget.  He is very thorough,  making great strides to make sure everything was covered and when he finished my house was exactly the way it was when he came.  Swept, dusted etc.  Nice touch!  I would highly recommend him to anyone and will be using him again in the near future. <br />
