Very professional, personable and great attention to detail. Interested in pleasing the customer. Mr. LaBelle is to be commended for his concern for his customers. The work was done in a timely manner with 100% cleanup of the property.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
We had a few shingles that had blown off in a storm. Robert LaBelle was responsive and came right out to do an estimate. Because the project was so simple he charged us very little and had his guys come by the next day after a job to put our shingles back on. I would definitely recommend them to others based on the ease of working with them and the reasonable cost for our minor issue (which makes me believe they would be reasonably priced for a larger repair as well).

Mr Labelle provided a detailed estimate for our roof replacement. He was very specific about materials to be used and the reasons to do this. His staff arrived when they said they would and completed the work in a timely fashion despite severe weather. They provided excellent service and their price seemed fair in comparison to many others.

LaBelle had to come fix a major problem created by a previous guy who installed a new roof but did it very poorly. His crew had to come out multiple times. His price was incredibly fair. I'm sure he did not make much money but made sure he got it right.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Rob was willing to arrange for a window to be installed along with complex prep work due to a botched job on my roof deck by a prior contractor. All was patched, new roof looks beautiful and all done including cleanup within one day, the dumpter was removed the next morning. Had trouble scheduling the roof job because of all the rain but they kept in touch and came when they said they would. Very polite and professional. I had three proposals. Theirs was in the middle but came with a guarantee that the others did not. I would recommend them highly.
