Communications were poor with the cleaning people since I do not speak spanish. <br />   <br />I asked for a complete detail cleaning following my move out.  However, bathrooms, kitchen, including appliances, countertops, and floors required a follow up visit to be what I consider acceptable prior to showing the house for sale.  Leo was very apologetic and quickly arranged to correct the cleaning deficiencies.  However, I would have preferred to have the job done right the first time.  I have a disability and the inconvenience of my having to make the 100 mile round trip from my current residence to the Katy address was something I would have preferred not to experience. <br /> <br />I was pleased with the carpet cleaning service he provided.
