Arrived on time as scheduled. I had asked them to install a dimmer switch also, but that information wasn't given to the electrican, so he didn't have one on the truck. He did tell me it was an easy installation for me to do myself, though, and explained how to do it once I go buy the switch. I would call them again if I needed other electrical work. Nice and friendly; got the work done fast and correctly.

Showed up hours late because they scheduled other work in Austin on the same day as San Antonio. No apologies or compensation for wasting my time waiting all day for them to show up. Horrible customer service.

In regards to the work that was performed 11 3/4 months ago, we acknowledge now as we did then that we were late because we were finishing up a job in Austin which ran longer than expected as jobs do on occasion. There was consistent communication with the customer throughout and apologies made by the office manager as well as the owner. The customer was given the opportunity to proceed with the work, to reschedule or to cancel. The customer chose to proceed with the service stating he was home all day anyway, thanked us, and paid us for the work done.

Very quick response to my request, very professional, on time and thorough in your work and very courteous, understood the problem and gave me options and prices and no hard sell.

Greg did a great job. Very good work at a fair price. He was professional, cleaned up when he was done and I would recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work done.

They completed the project in a very timely and efficient manner. I have used other contractors and they were better than any other electricians I have used in the past. The only suggestion I have is that they let you know up front that they only accept cash and/or check. I will definetly hire them again for future projects.

This company was prompt, hardworking, and effecient. They did all that was asked in a professional manner and left everything in good order. I would recommend them highly and have already done so.
