My wife and I had a great experience working withi Larry Sauer. He listened to every detail we wanted and came up with a design that was truly spectacular and functional. Larry is one of the few people who is truley passionate and extraudinary at what he does! He made a very intimidating experience very comfortable ! I would undoubtibly recommend Larry Sauer to anyone .

We had a 'small' job combing two condos in Washington, DC. Having no experience with renovation or architects, we did not know what to expect. Larry was excellent! Before we hired him, he spent an hour in our condo helping us with designs and ideas. After he was hired, Larry created formal design plans for presentation to both our Condo Board and the city in about three weeks. He had to return twice to verify measurements and each time he came in the evening. I am a military officer and my wife is an attorney - so our work hours are hectic, but Larry was flexible. We are very, very pleased with his work and highly recommend him.

Larry was very helpful. Although we did not end up doing business together as a result of my county's jurisdictional requirements, Larry told me how to go about and find someone in my county who can meet my particular demand. He was very friendly, helpful trust worthy and knowledgeable, and I managed to take care of my surveying issue as a result of his referral. I highly recommend Larry.

Did not finish Job with Larry. He is a very pleasant individual but, the as is drawings were not completely accurate and the design process cost a lot (A LOT) and I did not even get working drawings from him. I stopped work on the project because when I contacted him initially, I anticipated and he led me to believe that we would be done by April or May. He went to the Beach for the summer and there he had an injury that prevented him from working on my drawings. Bottom line, 6+ months shot, ~$20K gone, no working drawings, inaccurate as is drawings...I think you can find a better Architectural firm!!

This client cancelled the project during the construction document phase. I went to a meting to review the status of the construction documents and was informed that he would not be proceeding. No further explanation was given at that time.
