Leo Pereira's company built a 250 sf deck off the back of my house.  He did the work quickly and well.  He followed up on any issues that arose after the build promptly and efficiently.  The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because he had to actually follow up on some issues related to the quality of the build (nothing big, and he followed up and fixed the problems, without hassle).  Leo is a good guy and will build you exactly what you are looking for.
