Leo Pereira's company built a 250 sf deck off the back of my house. He did the work quickly and well. He followed up on any issues that arose after the build promptly and efficiently. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because he had to actually follow up on some issues related to the quality of the build (nothing big, and he followed up and fixed the problems, without hassle). Leo is a good guy and will build you exactly what you are looking for.

The price could not be beat. The crew came promptly each day and worked late each night even in the rain and finished the entire project in 2 days. The deck looks fantastic. The crew was wonderful..cleaned up each day and were courteous and knowledgeable. The owner, Leo, is a very nice young man with several crews and he not only gives quick estimates, he can manage to get a crew to the job fast. I highly recommend Pereira Home Building and Remodeling.

The estimate for the work to be done was very reasonable. Options and valuable advice was offered as to repointing oly missing or cracked grout vs removing all existing grout from the repair area together with new grout replacement. I chose the latter. The workman appeared on schedule and the work was completed as specified. I am very pleased with the result.
