Can not say enough praises for this contractor. It was a vinyl repair and looks like new. Hired Tony to paint ceilings and walls in kitchen and laundry room He is a perfectionist Very meticulous about his work and that of his workers. Very professional. Would rate this company 5 stars+++

Anthony was easy to deal with and was very professional. He had to deal with some weather elements in order to complete the job. Overall I was completly satisfied with the work Local Building and Remodeling completed on my home. I would use them again if need be.
