I was displeased with lawn service received from L&N. Grass clippings were in yard and along fence, edging not done and my fence was not closed completely as we discussed and a piece was left on other side of fence. Per Mr. Schaffer, there was an emergency and he had to leave. A courtesy call would have been sufficient to inform me of the situation. If that was the case, how did he have enough time to write out an invoice and document services that should have been completed. Female in office stated Mr. Schaffer was working in the field and would be back at 6pm. I will not recommend L&N service to a family member, friend, or neighbor.
